Renewing the Mind, Body, and Spirit through juicing


Starting the day off with plenty of fruit.  Here is what had for lunch today.

1 cup pineapple

handful blueberry

handful of raspberries

4 strawberries

one banana

1 cup green grapes

handful of spinach

one thumb sized ginger

2 tablespoons gogi berries

1 tablespoon Chia seeds

1/4 cup walnuts

Ice  water

TIP:  The more water you add the more liquid. Drink it down in one shot and in 10 minutes the hunger  goes away.  Snack healthy with a mix of unsalted cashews, almonds and the meat of pistachios.
