My Lunch Today     08-20-2013

1/4 cucumber

1 tomato

Handful of green grapes

1 kale leaf

Handful of Italian parsley

1/8 Tsp of turmeric

dash of cayenne pepper

2 garlic cloves

1 radish

1 thumb sized ginger

Juice from 1 lemon

3 asparagus

1 Tsp maca powder

1 Tbs gogi berries

1 Tbs flax seeds

1 Tbs hemp seeds

Ice water

 Tip:   Blend as you go if you’re using NutriBullet so that all the ingredients that then separate into 2 cups at water and blend again till all 3 cups are liquid.. Remember you juice will last for two days in the refrigerator.
