My Lunch Today

2 slices  pineapple

1 kale leaf

handful Italian parsley

1 tomato

1/4 cup blueberries

1 orange


3 strawberries

1/3 cup oatmeal uncooked

1 tablespoon Chia seeds

2 tablespoons GOG I berries

1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds

1 tablespoon Maca powder

fill with icewater

TIP:  Cut up your Pineapple and Freeze in a Zip Lock bag.  This will allow you have a nice cold juice. It’s a great replacement for ice cubes.
