Renewing the Mind, Body, and Spirit through juicing

I’m always ready to juice at lunch and I look forward to really nice dinner.

Mixed Greens

1 small summer Squash

1 Garlic clove

1 slice of Scallion

1 Celery Stalk

1 Gala Apple

1/2 Avocado

1/2 yellow pepper

1 Tomato

Juice from 1/2 lemon

2 Tbs Hemp seeds

1 Tbs Flax seeds

1 Tbs Gogi berries

1 Tbs fresh Thyme

Water
