Renewing the Mind, Body, and Spirit through juicing

My Breakfast today will get me through the weekend.

3 Kale Leaves

1 Apple

Handful blueberries

1 Banana

4 Strawberries

2 slices of Pineapple

Handful Raspberries

1 Tomato

2 Tbs Chia seeds

6 Cashews

3 Tbs Gogi berries

2 Tbs Pomegranate seeds

Water

(remember the more water the more liquid, we are making juice not smoothies).
