Enough Veggies to get you through the weekend

Lunch:

Ccucumber

Tomato

Green grapes

Kale leaf

Handful of Italian parsley

1/8 Tsp of Turmeric

dash of Cayenne pepper

1 Garlic cloves

1 Radish

1 thumb sized Ginger

Juice from 1 Lemon

3 Asparagus

1 Tsp Maca powder

1 Tbs Goji berries

1 Tbs Flax seeds

1 Tbs Hemp seeds

Water

Dive into the weekend

Drink you juice from yesterday’s batch for breakfast today and then make the following for Lunch.  Have a great weekend!

Kale, Spinach & Italian Parsley

1/8 Tbs Turmeric

Dash Cayenne Pepper

½ Cucumber

Thumb size Ginger

1 Tomato

1 Orange

1 Celery Stalk

1/3 cup Cashews

1 Tbs Goji Berries

1 Tbs Hemp seeds

Ice Water

Turmeric

Cheers!

Split this in two and drink the other tomorrow

Lunch:

Handful of Spinach

Handful of fresh Italian Parsley

2 Celery Stalks

¼ Cucumber (peeled)

1 Garlic clove

2 Green Onions

1 Tomato

1 Apple

1 Radish (peeled)

1 Thumb size Ginger

1 Tbs Flax Seed

1 Tbs Goji berries

Juice from one Lemon

6 Almonds

Water

almond milk
