Handful of fresh Italian Parsley

2 Celery Stalks

¼ Cucumber (peeled)

1 Garlic clove

2 Green Onions

1 Tomato

1 Apple

1 Radish (peeled)

1 Thumb size Ginger

1 Tbs Flax Seed

1 Tbs Goji berries

Juice from one Lemon

6 Almonds

Water

almond milk
