Tomato

Green grapes

Kale leaf

Handful of Italian parsley

1/8 Tsp of Turmeric

dash of Cayenne pepper

1 Garlic cloves

1 Radish

1 thumb sized Ginger

Juice from 1 Lemon

3 Asparagus

1 Tsp Maca powder

1 Tbs Goji berries

1 Tbs Flax seeds

1 Tbs Hemp seeds

Water
