Renewing the Mind, Body, and Spirit through juicing

Hello everyone,

It’s my juicing anniversary this week.  In one year I have managed to keep off the 37 lbs. I lost while juicing.  My followers have asked many times, “how did you do it?”  Now is your chance to follow me for the next three months and prepare the juices I post along with walking for 20 minutes each day at a brisk pace.  So, look at my juice of the day, go shopping and follow me.  If you do this and remain consistent, you will see results.

Also, rid your home of all breads and dairy products such as cheese, ice cream, cottage cheese, sour cream and real butter (it’s okay to have these things while dinning out as long as you are not dinning out daily).  I can’t believe it’s not butter is a great alternative and 1% milk, almond and  coconut milk are good replacements for whole milk.  For this program you will juice twice a day and eat one healthy meal a day until September.  Start today, stay consistent and good luck.

If you are a regular follower who has been juicing with me, you should juice once a day if you don’t want to lose any more weight and just maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Walnut Granola

½ cup orange juice

Water
