Renewing the Mind, Body, and Spirit through juicing

Hello, when I returned home from work yesterday, I changed my clothes then did 75 setups. Now, that’s just me. When you have been juicing and exercising for a good amount of time you will find it easy to just get it in.

So, good morning….. Get up, up prepare the juices that I have posted, put on your running shoes and go for a 20 minute walk. When you return do 50 setups.

When you finish your workout, drink the first juice and take a multi vitamin.   Take a shower and get dressed for work. The second juice is for lunch. If you get hungry between juicing please note that you should keep, mix nuts, trail mix or protein bars at work, in your car and in your carry bag. Keep it healthy between meals.

When you get home from work today cook and nice helping meal with plenty of protein and if you eat out make sure you include protein.  Remember, protein helps burn fat and since you have been juicing all day make sure to get the protein in so your can burn that fat while sleeping.

Cold Water

Lunch

Kale/Swiss Chard

Parsley

Scallion

Cayenne pepper

Hemp Seeds

Flax Seeds

Gogo Berries

Ice Water
