Breakfast juice:  Make sure to get your workout in first.

Spinach

Watermelon

Apple

Tomato

Goji berries

Flax seeds

Water

Lunch:  Eat a big lunch, make sure its healthy. 

 

 Dinner:  Drink this juice around 8PM, If you get hungry before then, snack on mixed nut and/or fruit.  Make two cups with this recipe and save one cup in the refrigerator for tomorrows breakfast.

Spinach

Beet

Carrot

Celery

Cucumber

Slice of yellow pepper

1 Garlic clove

Tomato

Pineapple

Turmeric

Goji berries

Flax seeds

Hemp seeds

Water
