Here is a delicious way to start Holiday off from work.
1/8 cup Goji Berries
1/4 cup Granola with Flax Seed and Pumpkins seed mixed in (purchase form Spouts)
1 Tbs Chia Seeds
1 Swiss Chard Leaf
3 Pineapple slices
2 Watermelon slices
Tawny Tip: Remove the skin from your pineapple, cut in half then slice each half about 1/2 inch in size. Place your sliced pineapple in a ziplock freezer bag and put in the freezer to use as need.
