Spinach – Kale -Arugula mix

Handful of Cilantro

Handful of Parsley

Tawny Tip: Soak in salt water while preparing the rest.

1 Carrot

2 Celery Stalks

1/2 cucumber

1 Tomato

Green pepper

1 Garlic Clove

Scallion

1/2 Avocado

1 Green Apple

1 small Beet

Thumbs size Ginger

Juice from one Lime

1/8 Tsp Bee Pollen or 1 Tbs Hunny

6 Almonds

1 Tbs Hemp Seeds

1 Tbs Flax Seeds

1 Scoop Protein powder

1/2 Cup Almond Milk

Ice Water
