Granola is full of heart healthy whole grains such as oats, wheat and whole wheat flour that can help to lower cholesterol. The whole grains in granola are also a good source of soluble and insoluble fiber, which help to keep your intestines in proper working order and also keep your body feeling fuller for longer periods of time. Many granola is also contain various nuts, which are beneficial to your body. Nuts, such as walnuts and almonds, contain “good” fats and omega-3 fatty acids that are essential for heart health. Handful of Spinach
1/2 cup Pineapple
1/4 cup your favorite Granola
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Keep adding water until its more like juice not a smoothie and drink it down quickly.
