Now that the holiday is over, let’s get back to work.  Replace one meal with this wonderful combination.  Don’t forget to do at least the minimum workout and that is just a 20 minute brisk walk.

Celery

Apple

Carrot

Blueberries

Lemon Juice

Flaxseeds

Granola

Water
