Pick up the pace

Increase your walking time to 25 minutes today and increase your level by .5 if you use a treadmill.  Add 25 sit ups if you are a beginner, 50 sit ups if your intermediate and 100 sit up if your are keeping up with me and 10 to 25 push ups, fellas you do 50 push ups.  Have a nice healthy breakfast and make the following juice, a large cup for lunch and refrigerate a small cup for tomorrows breakfast.

Juice of the day:

Spinach

Celery

Leeks

Tomato

Cucumber

Apple

Ginger

Turmeric

Cayenne Pepper

Goji berry

Flaxseed

Lemon juice

Water
