Renewing the Mind, Body, and Spirit through juicing

Breakfast:

Kale

Apple

Blueberries

Banana

Strawberries

Raspberries

Tomato

Chia seeds

Cashews

Goji berries

Pomegranate seeds

Water

 

Lunch:  Make two juices with this recipe and drink one of them for breakfast tomorrow

Romaine / Kale mix

½ Beet

1 Carrot

1 Apple

1 Celery

1 Tomato

½ Avocado

¼ gypsy pepper

½ leek

blueberries

1 garlic clove

Dash Cayenne pepper

1/8 Tsp Thyme

Juice from 1 lime

1 Tbs Gogi Berries

1 Tbs Hemp Seeds

1 Tbs Flax seeds

Water
