Veggie Wednesday

Don’t forget your 30 minute workout this morning.  Have a nice healthy breakfast afterward.

Lunch

Romaine/Kale mix

2 Celery Stalk

½ Avocado

½ Cucumber

1 Tomato

1 Garlic clove

1 slice of scallion/green onion

1 small yellow squash

1Tbsp Goji berries

1 Tbsp Hemp seeds

1 Tbsp Flax seeds

Handful red or green grapes

Handful blueberries

Water

Create two juices with this recipe, add water to make sure it’s  liquid vs thick.

Refrigerate the two smaller cups for tomorrows breakfast.
