Let’s do a 30 minute workout today.  I’m following one of my cardio workout videos after a good stretch.  Drink the second juice you made yesterday for breakfast today.  Juice the following for Dinner.

Dinner:

Spinach/Romaine mix

Avocado

Apple

Pomegranate seeds

Celery

Ginger

Blueberries

Tomato

Garlic Clove

Radish

Parsley

Turmeric

Cayenne pepper

Goji berries

Hemp seeds

Flaxseeds

Water

radish
