Get your morning walk in…..Eat a nice healthy breakfast…..Then make the juice below and drink it for Lunch.

Spinach

Watermelon

nectarine

Pineapple

gala apple

2 Tbs Hemps seeds

2 Tbs Goji berries

Water

Make another juice for dinner.  Fight through it because on the 4th of July you can eat whatever your want all day long.  NO JUICING.  Juice this for dinner:

Swiss Chard

Celery

Carrot

Garlic clove

Scallion

1/2 Beet

Apple

blueberries

2 Strawberries

Juice from 1 lemon

Flax seeds

Goji berries

Water

beets
