Juice of the day, try this one for Lunch.

 

2 slices pineapple

1 kale leaf

handful Italian parsley

1 tomato

1/4 cup blueberries

1 orange

1 pair

3 strawberries

1/2 cup oatmeal uncooked

1 tablespoon Chia seeds

2 tablespoons Goji berries

1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds

1 tablespoon protein powder

fill with icewater
