1/3 cup Granola

1 Tbs Chia seeds

1 Tbs Goji berries

1/2 cup Almond milk

Water

 

Lunch:

Spinach/Romaine Mix

1/2 Pear

1 Tomato

8 Green Grapes

1 Green onion

1/2 Parsnip

6 Almonds

1 Tbsp Goji berries

1 Tbsp Flax seeds

1 scoop Protein powder

Water
