Breakfast and Lunch

This will make two juice:

Handful of Kale

3 Pineapple slices

2 cantaloupe slices

1 orange

1 pear

Handful of red grapes

1 Tomato

1 Tbs Wheat bran

1Tbs Wheat germ

1 Tbs Goji berries

1 Tbs Chia seeds

1 cup Almond milk

Water

juice it baby
