 Breakfast Juice recipe:

1 Tomato

1 cup Green Grapes

Handful of Arugula, Kale and Spinach mix

1/2 yellow Squash

1/2 Avocado

1 Garlic Clove

1/2 Scallion

1 Celery Stalk

Dash of Cayenne Pepper

1Tbs Goji Berries

1 Tbs Hemp Seeds

Ice Water

Lunch Juice Recipe:

Spinach

2 Handfuls Blueberries

2 cups of Pineapple

2 Figs

1 cup Cranberry Juice

10 Almonds

1 Tbs Chia Seeds

1 Tbs Goji Berries

Ice Water
