Bok Choy

Bok choy is considered to be one of the best vegetable sources of calcium.

Juice of the Day:

1 Swiss Chard leaf

1 small Bok Choy

1/4 cup Blueberries

2 Celery Stalks

1 Apple

1 Tomato

6 Green Grapes

1/4 Cucumber

1/4 cup Granola

1 Tbsp Goji berries

1 Tbsp Hemp seeds

Water

Bok Choy
