Handful of Kale/Spinach/Parsley

1 inch size Ginger

1 Celery Stalk

1/3 cup Cranberries

1/4 cup Blueberries

1/4 cup Raspberries

1/4 cup Blackberries

1 Tbsp Chia seeds

1 Tbsp Goji berries

Water

Spinach vs Kale
