Juice of the Day:

Juice one lime

 

8 Red grapes

 

Swiss chard and Kale mix

1 slice Red bell pepper

1 Celery

Handful Fresh Parsley

1 Garlic

1/2 Avocado

2 Scallion

1 Tomato

1 Squash yellow

Dash Cayenne Pepper

1 Tbsp Goji berries

1 Tbs Flax Seeds

1 Tbs Hemp Seeds

Water

cayenne pepper
