Tuesday’s Juice of the day for breakfast today:

50% Kale

1 Orange

1 apple

2 Pineapple slices

1 plum

1 banana

2 Tbs Granola

1/2  tsp Maca powder

1 Tbs Goji berries

1 Tbs Chia seeds

Water

Lunch:

1 Kale leaf

handful of Spinach

4 Strawberries

1/2 cup Blueberries

1/2 cup Raspberries

1 Banana

Thumb size of Ginger

1/8 cup Walnuts

1 Tbs Goji berries

1 Tbs Chia Seeds

Ice Water

Lunch:

1 cup pineapple

handful blueberry

handful raspberry

four strawberries

one banana

1 cup green grapes

handful spinach

one thumb sized ginger

2 tablespoons Goji berries

1 tablespoon Chia seeds

1/4 cup walnuts

1 Tbsp Goji Berries

1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds

Parsley

Water

2 cantaloupe slices

1 orange

1 pear

Handful of red grapes

1 Tomato

1 Tbs Wheat bran

1Tbs Wheat germ

1 Tbs Goji berries

1 Tbs Chia seeds

1 cup Almond milk

Water
